Forecast is saying more RAIN is on the way. Monday and Tuesday anywhere between 2 to 4 inches of rain with some area's getting possibly 4 to 5 inches of rain. Wednesday through Friday 30 percent chance of rain!



Side Note: Areas in the Southwest got HAMMERED last week with 5 to 8 inches of rain!

Weather App is stating 1 to 3 inches of rain Monday and Tuesday with some areas getting 3 to 5 inches of rain. This past system flooded a bunch of my places in the Nueces Canyon. It has been a strange weather pattern theses past couple of years.

I sure hope by the later part of this month the weather changes for the best. Plan on fishing the Nueces Canyon with Kayaks. Just hope for no more flooding!




Side Note; And it's not even HURRICANE season yet!

Friend of mine living in the Canyon stated both the Nueces and Frio rivers were running fast currents with water going over all of the crossings. This was last Monday. It all depends if the storms settle in the area like they did last week. Just have to wait and see.



Side Note: Oh yea possible large hail,heavy rain,tornadoes,and flash flooding may occur is some of these storms.

Watched the weather last night. It's gonna be a soaker for sure Monday and Tuesday. Wednesday thru Friday have chances of rain. Stay safe out there.

According to my weather app.Monday night through Tuesday morning anywhere from 2 to 5 inches of rain depending on where you are. The storms are coming out of Mexico and will be packing a lot of rain. Forecast for the Nueces Canyon area is 4 to 5 inches of rain. Two weeks ago the Canyon got over 5". By Tuesday afternoon the rain will end until the next system comes in!

Updated Forecast! Heavy RAIN in the San Antonio area from 10pm till 4am. Expect to get 2 to 4 inches of RAIN! Some areas could get 3 to 6 inches of RAIN! Flash flooding will occur. Some storms could turn severe with large hail and winds up to 60 MPH. Storms will be slow moving and should be out of the area by 5am.


Tuesday afternoon through Sunday there will be slight chances of RAIN. 20 to 30 percent!

I am getting some very light rain right now! Updated rainfall prediction is .12" not the 2 to 4 inches they were predicting 24 hours ago! Go figure!
