Just doing a lil research this evening , trying to learn something. Pulled up PK stocking history.
Several questions all at once here lol.
Wonder if there any Walleye left ? Wonder why they stopped stocking them ?
Same with the small mouth bass. Any left ? Why did they cut it out ?
Last one for the night, wonder why they do not stock hybrid Striped bass in PK ?

I asked these questions to a TPWD guy. Here's what he said:
1: Walleye didn't make it.
2. Smallmouth are very sensitive to golden algae. Not a good fit for PK.
They also stocked Northern Pike at one time but that didn't take either. The only thing that has worked has been Florida LM Bass and stripers.
