If I get a 10' kayak I'm getting very low snug to boat outriggers...Will I get alot of laughs lol

No one should. Thats like saying money isn't cool, or hot chics aren't hot, or beer isn't good. Dude its a kayak so it instantly makes you that much cooler no matter what. Only person laughing will be you at the people stuck on the bank wishing they were in a kayak.

Are you more concerned with the stability of the kayak or the ability to stand and fish? The cost of outriggers might could be better used in getting a kayak designed to be stood up in.

Have you paddled any 10 foot kayaks? If not, I wouldn't worry about stability unless you are pushing the capacity limit of the kayak. As TG mentioned in another thread, no more than 70% of rating with all the gear you take.

Just do whatever makes you feel comfortable and safe. You can make some cheap noodle pontoons and ditch them later if you want.
