Had David Surface and his buddies Tim and Carlos out for a teach and catch and release trip . Spent a lot time teaching them the lake and working
with the depth finder. Did not keep up with fish but we estimated we caught between 75 and a 100. little tougher today with
the dead calm and blue bird skies and balkie trolling motor we still got her done. Love taking people who really want to learn. all fish
caught on ole ugly slabs and flies. Good job guys.

Johnny I had all 3 of the same problems at RR. Changed remote battery and it helped some. We did manage 150 or so fish so it was a good day despite the flat water and no breeze.

I saw you putting fish in the boat. I eased by you "incognito" wasn't gonna bother you since you had clients, I checked a couple spots and then found a good school in the afternoon. Pretty much same as you. Only difference is mine were mostly small males. About 4 to one on catch/keep ratio. Only kept 20 for a friend of mine.

yep that school you were fishing has been pounded for 10 days and mostly males left in it. cancelled my trip today
they are talking gust to 40 mph. Boat might take but the guy driving don't do well with that kind of wind.
