The Ray Hubbard Bass Club will be holding our monthly meeting this Thursday night, April 6th starting at 7:00PM. We meet at Bass Pro Shops in Garland on the restaurant patio downstairs. We will be taking memberships. Membership costs $30.00 per year and includes your entire immediate family. Our Secretary Russell Olds will be the man to see. If you aren't sure who he is, ask someone and we will get you to him.

Topics for discussion this week include the results from both tournaments in March. We fished Cypress Springs on the 11th and the RHBC Open on the 25th. If you did well at either or both, come prepared to talk about how you caught em! We will be going over the details for our April tournament coming up on Lake Tawakoni on Saturday April 8th. We are going out of Sky Point RV Park on 276. Full tournament details can be found here in the Bass Clubs section. We will decide tournament hours and ramp for our May 13th tournament on Lake Palestine.

We have lots of community event stuff to go over! We had our first FFAC committee meeting last month. We will go over that. We have had members bring two new opportunities to us. We need some volunteers to take some Boy Scouts and leaders fishing one weekend in May. We are also looking for boat captains for the Clayton Dabney tournament coming up on May 6th at Lake Athens. Clayton Dabney for Kids with Cancer provides needy families, with children in the last stages of terminal cancer. Both are very worthwhile causes and participation will qualify you for AOY and the Club Championship.

So as you can see, we have lots to talk about. Come on out and join us! Bring your appetite. Wait staff will be there for your food and drink orders. Tip them well!
