Went to White Rock Lake yesterday to kill some time. The skunk was on and looked like it was not coming off. I decided to at least catch some bluegill to get rid of the skunk. Rigged up a size 18 red sickle hook and some Berkeley Gulp maggots under a bobber. Next thing I know that "bluegill" was peeling drag. Nabbed me a 18", 3lbs channel cat. Great way to end the day and loose the skunk.
