Is there one of you who could please instruct me on how tie jig on that will hang and present level in the water?

I use a Palomar knot on Fireline, sometimes with a fluorocarbon leader, sometimes without. I pus the knot to the back of the eye for better balance.

Any instruction will be greatly appreciated.

I tie a trilene knot and pull the line towards the hook. Stronger knot and will hang less in thick brush IMO.

I love the loop knot. I never have issues with the knot breaking and never have to pull the knot towards the hook every time I miss a fish or get hung up to get it to hang horizontal.

Do you have to have a balanced jig head in order to make the loop knot work?

I would rather die finding out there was no God than die finding out there is.

The loop knot will work with any jig head. Once the jig is in the water, it will sit horizontal.

Most jigs/jigheads have a hook forward balance. There are a few out there, that have a center balance. Not real sure that it makes much difference though.....

Center balance 1/16 oz jig on top, standard 1/8 oz roundhead w/ plastic on bottom, both tied on a loop knot.

I use a San Diego Jam knot. After tying I pull the knot toward the body/hook. I put it in the water about an inch and look at it to make sure that it is level. I only do this if the fishing is slow. If it's during the spawn, it doesn't matter.

Don't forget about lure buoyancy. The jig may be tilted out of water but could be perfectly balanced in the water.

This is what I do too. Pull the knot back to the hook side of the eye of the jib, or as one feller said, do a loop knot (which I'm not good at.

Ditto on Huckabee loop. Can be tied in the dark and especially useful with these tired eyes. Also very easy to do double drop.
