Cheap, efficient & you can buy anywhere. Get one for spinners & one for buzzbaits.

I like the book-style tackle organizers. Google "fishing tackle binders". These use zip-style bags in a binder/book. Just be sure to put baits in dry.

Plano Elite 3707 Spinnerbait Box I use this one. I used to use the old Falcon boxes but when mine broke I had to find something else because Falcon stopped making them. This one is just as good and durable. The latches are not crappy and they last. It's simple and efficient; just the way I like it.

I use living rugger skirts on all my spinner baits. I want them kept as air tight as possible and baby powdered.
I use the Browning Soft Side storage system with the pages of 4 compartments per page. They zip closed and are in a ring binder. They store flat and extra pages can be purchased to add a few to the system as the binder will hold about 6 more than it comes with. Each page is clear so flipping through to find the bait you want is a breeze.
Each person you work with holds some promise to your future success. I used the clear plastic ones like in the pic above now. I used to use the plano spinnerbait boxes made in the 80's. I still have one I keep a bunch of old baits in, they no longer make them and they were the best I ever used for storing spinnerbaits. They have an arm that clamps down and keeps them in place.
Thanks, Billy

I use the binding type. You can flip through and see them better. In the boxes sometimes it's hard to see the bottom blade and when you want to pull one out you get 3 others tangled.

I use small 6"X6" tupperware boxes. I organize them by weight in each box. You can put a ton of spinnerbaits in one box. It's not pretty but it works.
I've used the Plano box shown above made for spinners but they just don't hold enough baits to suit me.
