It's Texas, Springtime and a whole lot of Weather (And Fishin')going at RC this past week! We had a boat on the Lake everyday except Friday when the T-Storms and Wind blew in! While we did slip in a Catfish Trip, all others were focused on Whites/Hybrids and the action was AWESOME! All trips except Wednesday were in the AM, but the PM trip was the easiest of the week as we had a 75 fish limit of Sandies in less than 2 hours and then hunted for the Bigger fish! Thursday AM was a wind shortened trip but we managed a 50 fish limit before the South Wind forced us off the water. And yesterday, Adam and I had both boats out, hid behind a Point from the strong NW Wind and filled the cooler with Sandies. It's called making "Lemonade out of Lemons"! Check out any of the Main Lake Points, Roadbeds and Humps in 15'-25' FOW, tie on a RSR Silver or Chartruse Slab ( www.rsrlures.com ) and your in business. Watch out for the MANY SMALL HYBRIDS!
