If you wanted to buy a 20# bag of this..what brand would you get? On the other hand..if you were to make your own blend, what would you use (flavor!) and what % of ea. flavor....for PORK only and the other blend would be for brisket, beef ribs, poultry etc. The 20# bag I mentioned above would consist of a general all around blend. Ex: Maple,Hickory,and Cherry
