TFowler10, Recently posted he had some FREE fishing poles for anyone who wanted them. Some other members got a few leaving a few others for the FREE pick up. Seeing this, I immediately thought of my Lease Partners son.....who has had some very real struggles but is a GREAT college age young man. He has channeled his energy into Hunting and Bass Fishing and it has put him on a very good path.

Not only did he "hook him up" with the rods, he threw in some extra stuff and even a gift card to Bass Pro, as I am sure he saw the young man's sincerity and need to channel his energy into hunting & fishing. In short, TFowler did more than give just a few rods to a young man that needed them. He inspired him and then encouraged him. God put's great people in our paths for a reason, brief or lengthy, we need to recognize those that do the right things.

We do not know the struggles people have in life...be it Cancer, death, work, drugs, etc. But when a total stranger works to create a simple act of kindness, the ripple effect is huge. Thanks everyone, I have nothing but respect for TFowler and the people on the THF / TFF. Says a lot about the community of outdoors men and women here.

I have met a few extremely generous men on TFF as well. I always try to pass along the karma and good fortune given to me. Hopefully this young man will do the same one day when the rolls are reversed.
