Me and Lip rip went to Eagle Mountain to do a little scouting for upcoming trips. It is game on right now. Fish are great shape see pictures. We caught fish on ridges ,humps and slopes. Fish caught from 17 to 24 fow. We caught a little over a hundred. We quit clicking at a 100. All fish caught on chartuese and white ole ugly slabs and flies. It is amazing what some heat can do! It is definately the time to get in on the action!Fish are very healthy and hungry!

I thought the fish were up the creeks at eagle mountain. Have they already spawned and returned to the main lake?

all of these fish have not spawned. For years a lot of fish spawned in the lake. But the last two years
nobody could find them until they came back. But this year looks like a lot of then are spawning in the lake.Like old times.
They have showed up the last 4 days in big bunches.

I have had a few inquiry on catch and release trips or trips that I don't clean the fish.
I will do those kind of trips and make a reduction in the trip price. Also we do a lot of
teach trips so give me a call for these rates. 817-597-6598.

Johnny Good advice Sandjohnny Only reason I'm not going to PK this weekend; I'm tired of fighting the wind. I spend five days at our lake house last week and by Saturday I was whipped. The wind kicked out butts.
