Anyone have any recommendations? When I Google foundation repair it seems they all have an A+ BBB rating. I know BBB is a crock of carp. They have the ratings because they bought them.

Contact Olshan. I have used them and they are awesome to work with. 2 of my neighbors used them and were happy but I am not sure. I am wary of companies that spend a bunch of money on TV ads and hire a sports or celebrity spokesperson.

Olshan is about as over-priced as you can get. Take a look at Structured Foundation Repairs.
Also remember that its okay to get multiple opinions. If all of the recommendations are similar, then pick whoever you like. If they're all very different, you might look into paying for an engineer's opinion.

If you are wary of companies that have the jack to place ads on TV, then what you want is to hire some illegal day laborers and they can rip out your shrubs, ram jack a few concrete pellets into the ground, then jack your house up too far, crack the sheetrock inside where it wasn't cracked and bind the doors and windows in the jambs. Then, you can pay them $3 or 4 K, get a piece of paper with a warranty on it. Then a year later when the house shifts again and their concrete pellets shift, you can call them up and they will tell you that they will get to it in a few months and that will go on for years. They are all bloodsucking shazbo snake oil vermin. Next time, I plan to go with a certified Texas structural engineer first to get an assessment and force a company to install good piers with some kind of lateral reinforcement. The company who are nothing more than day laborers and some shazbo foreman will at least have some criteria to meet.
We can accomplish the same results I think if we set fire to pile of $100 bills.

If you go with an engineer, make sure that they have a lot of experience in foundation issues. Many engineers do not. The most experienced tend to work with multiple foundation companies and can give you a referral to the best one.
