Has anyone had their Humminbird PC software "freeze" on them while downloading waypoints from their SD card to your computer? I downloaded all my newest waypoints a few weeks ago with no problems, then came back to do it again after my last trip out and HB PC acts like it "freezes" during the download (it gets to 1133% complete). I tried it a few times, then went out and bought a new 32 gb SD card and it still does the same thing. Any suggestions or help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

If Wayne P does not respond, post this in General Equipment Discussion section, he can probably answer your question.

I deleted 3400 a couple weeks ago on my lowrance after splitting them up on a couple cards and bringing them back took close to 20 minutes after it said 100pct imported. It wasn't a fun 20 minutes!! But they all came back!!

ive heard too big of an SD card can cause issues. I wouldnt go any bigger than an 6 gb. The waypoint data size is small.
what led you to buy a 32 gb SD card?

COMING SOON! .. THE STICKLE HOOK " the stay level sickle hook". sits level in the water with all knots.! Provides better hook sets and more natural jigging motion. No more adjusting the knot, gluing , or tying loop knots that cause the hook point to tangle in the loop, or worse knick the line.. The jighook that will make all others obsolete !

I only use a 2GB card and it hasn't froze during loading. Connecting to Earth is a different story, I never did get my computer to open the points up Sunday morning.
