My youngest son tends to get hung up when we fish brush piles, do you find your hook ups tend to drop with weedless jig heads I see some online with a wire and others with white brush hair looks like, wanted to know if anyone else uses those often when fishing around brush and if it doesn't really affect the hook ups.

God said to them, “Be fruitful and multiply and fill the earth and subdue it and have dominion over the fish of the sea and over the birds of the heavens and over every living thing that moves on the earth.” Genesis 1:28

I have the mold and make/use this style head.

I miss "X" amout of strikes, no matter what style head/hook I am using, and have always blamed it on bluegill just pecking the bait.
