Where should I go? Will there be anything going on at lake Conroe or is all the fun at the expo in Houston?

I would attend the take-off every morning, the weigh-ins and the expo. Bass Cat Boats will be giving demo rides just down the road from the take-off site.

I agree, I went to Tulsa for Friday and Sat. last year, I did the launch on Sat. morning and enjoyed it. The expo will be a blast and I imagine I will just do one day's launch again, but soak it all in because it is enjoyable. It is almost like a second ICast. New products, pro's that did not make the classic are at booths, legends of the sports, It will make you a little kid with all the enjoyment.

One of our goals at Conroe is to change how the lake site launch is viewed. We want to see a festival atmosphere rather than a launch and leave. Conroe definitely gave us the best venue for what our plans were.
We booked locations (4) over a year ago and started before Bassmaster had a contract, and made our plans before they selected any takeoff site. Our goal was to be a big part of the first real Texas Classic. When it started Bassmaster was in a couple of different areas, and last they were about 1/4 mile away. They moved their takeoff and they now are in our pocket. We had every plan place as a stand alone event and now we have them (BASS) melding into our location.
We are right on the point at Wolfie's and have the premium view of the takeoff. When your driving to Conroe on I-45 you easily will find us with the large spotlight beacons in the sky guiding you to our location. We have a drawing for those coming and taking demo rides, and for those that just turn their invitation ticket in at the Expo Hall.
Wolfie's will have some light breakfast items also.
We have 10,000 more tickets to disperse at Houston. A total of 40,000 tickets were available for the drawing. They will be at both "The Conroe Experience" and the George R. Brown Classic Expo. Stop by and get a ticket, and if ours gets punched at the Lake Conroe festival, it could be good for a Phelix boat and trailer, 25 HP Honda and new Raymarine graph.
See you there!
