My entire home-made Mexican food regimen is in danger. For well over 20 years we have bought thin uncooked corn tortillas at Dallas Tortilla Factory, put them in the freezer, and fried taco shells or chips from them as needed. They also sold very good tamales. However, it has changed hands I think. The tortillas are now thicker and made from yellow corn instead of white and not really that good. Same story for the tamales. Does anyone know of another place that makes uncooked thin corn tortillas for sale to the public in the DFW area? I usually buy a large quantity of them so don't mind driving a distance to get them. Thanks.

Don't have a HEB up this way but will check the next time I'm near one. Thanks.

Fiesta? La Michoacana? Check out the local panderias? I have the Marquez bakery down on this side of town. I'm down here closer to Mansfield so I don't do the north side very often. Wouldn't know what you have local, but that's at least where I would start.
