We used to camp in cimmaron canyon NM, Fresh caught trout are wonderful for breakfast.

This brought up some great memories. When I was a kid I would ride my bike to the boat basin, fish the pylons, catch a couple of flounder and my dad would fry them up and serve them up with over-easy eggs and cornbread. Best breakfast ever
