I posted on this forum about maybe doing a swap of kayaks and it was deleted. Can anyone tell me why?

I don't know for sure, but my guess is the site rule that requires 6 months of membership and a minimum of 100 posts before you are allowed to post items for sale or trade. The full list of rules is posted in the "classified" section.

Why do you want out of the Jackson and into the Amigo?

Because I'm fly fishing mostly now and I want something a bit more stable. The cuda has been great it's fast, tracks great, especially with the rudder system and it's not unstable. I can stand up in it but it's pretty limited movement and the center console isn't exactly fly line friendly. I checked out the mayfly which is Jackson's fly fishing yak but I just didn't like it as much as the Diablo's. I mean the fact that diablos are from the greatest state in the world might of influenced my decision a little bit too but overall they're more versatile and fly fishing friendly.

I guess I assumed the mod would of let me know I messed up instead of just making me half crazy because my post vanished.

Just another option. I went from a Cuda to a NuCanoe Pursuit. Completely open deck for us fly fisherman, easy to paddle and tracks good.

Yes, the seat is removable. There are gear tracks installed from the front hatch all the way to the rear hatch for accessories. But honestly, if you want to bring a cooler, you can leave the seat on and just load in the rear or front area. The rear can fit a 45 qt yeti. The front a 20 qt. I normally carry a 30 qt yeti in the rear, and still have plenty of room for my camp gear for multiple night trips. It might be slightly less stable than a diablo, but I fly fly 95% of the time, and haven't fell out yet....lol. I can stand up and walk to the front hatch with no issues. I think you would be happy with either though. Just to give you an idea.
