If they are doing a meet-and-greet at 11:30 today, I would say they are done with fishing. They may be doing the "how I won it" filming where the anglers tell you the methods they used, but the competition part of the show is likely over. I'm sure they try to get it all in the can before the weekend fishing starts. Especially this time of year. But all of this is just my opinion.

Since I live a few miles from Nacogdoches thought I would come to Clear Springs and see the pros. Well Clear Springs does not know anything about it lol. Guess I will eat some of there good catfish!!

I looked at the paper again and the lunch at Clear Springs actually on Saturday. Said there will be 12 anglers there. Sorry for the bad info.

I called the city of Lufkin today and asked why Kurth is closed tomorrow, lady just said "I was just told to post the sign that it's closed"... I questioned her about the MLF fishing it, she just said I have no info on that... I believe the news said it would be 6 episodes.. Today only makes day 5, unless they slipped in somewhere Sunday... With the lake closed to the public they would have free reign of Kurth...

Wonder how MLF ended up on J'ville? Did they have a Kentucky Durby side pot? That's a joke; the Thursday night working man's tournament offers a spotted bass Derby that usually takes 3-4 pounds to win.
