 Counterbalaned Baitcast stands?

I've seen a few old school carpers (doughbaiters primarily) fish with their baitcasters on custombuilt stands that attach to the rails at Marinas. Does anyone have any they would be willing to sell, or better yet, is there anyone out there that can or does make them. I would be more than happy to pay for a couple to be built.
