Hello everyone, I am new to the forum and me and my wife just moved to the DFW area (Mckinney) from El Paso. I am getting familiarized with the area and always looking for lakes, creeks, and rivers to fish. I like all species but I gotta say that catfishing is my favorite. I went to Tickey Creek park at Lavon Lake about 2 weeks ago and caught a nice 3lbs. catfish. I am hoping that I can catch a monster this year and look forward to learning more from you all.
