I give myself 200mg every other week. My overall level is on the low en of normal, but one type is low it was a binding type. For a while they did the shot, but I said I have no problem doing it myself, and it saves a copay. Seems years of Opioids can lower your level.

Forget the shots they are dangerous. Check into BioT treatments. Twice a year they insert natural testosterone pellets in you hip. No highs and lows and not synthetic. I have been doing this for two years and it works. I took a couple bio t treatments. It's been a year since last. They got me to about 1200 t level. Lol I was a tab bit grumpy but it works. Thinking about getting it again. wait till football season, we need some classic WAWI I'm trying to be a better person. Lol I disagree. Just be yourself. It 10x funnier when you are just you. P.S. Don't get banned though. That sucks

Are guys that try to elevate their testosterone at mid life also the same ones dying their hair and using Just for Men? Hell I embrace my getting old status. Now if they would just put some testosterone in Blue Bell then I might give it a shot.

Maybe it just enhances your baseline.
Advice? Wise men don't need it. Fools won't heed it.

I'm starting to embrace nap time. Tman how about injecting some of the your tasty brisket with some T booster pellets. We would give Ralgro to cattle and that stuff worked.

IMO if you are over 35 then you most likely have had a decrease in yours....only way to tell is with a test specific to it.
If you notice your belly getting bigger....that is one sign. Tired. Lack of energy. Lack of sleep.
Basically if you don't feel like a 20 year old anymore....you are lacking!

Open your eyes & look within, are you satisfied with the life youre living.
No matter how good or bad you have it, wake up each day thankful for your life. Someone somewhere else is desperately fighting for theirs.

i am 39 and give myself an injection every 2 weeks. No big thing. I do worry about prostate cancer since i have a 100% change of getting prior to 50 years old like every other male in my family. I get a PSA test regularly, in fact yesterday was my 2nd of the year just so the DR can watch my baseline.
I am still fat and tired but have more energy and I feel like I am 18 again in some ways. I am considering having to get a trapper keeper to carry around with me at times....I know TMI!

Is your testosterone level effected by your activity?
Can old fat out of shape people start working out, eating better, and getting in better shape change their T level?

I tried the shots and they were HORRIBLE! It was like I was 17 again! Imagine going through puberty again. Walking around with a hardon all day isn't as fun as one would think.
