I got a bow mount 360 over Christmas, installed it in January and it worked great the first 3 trips. This weekend though it would not return an image. The head units recognized the 360 was on, I could turn the ping on from both units, and the picture on the graphs would show the arm rotating, but there were no images coming back just a black circle. Anyone have any suggestions for something to check? I am going to hate having to send it back to humminbird already. Thanks

Good luck with your fix, hopefully. I had to send mine back after 6 months. The dome holding the transducer leaked all the oil out. That is some nasty stuff to clean up. I wish I had just gone with a SI unit instead of DI and 360. I'm not impressed with it at all.

I haven't made my mind up on it yet, not sure if I like it or not. I can see the potential for the spring when I get back in the sticks more but I didn't feel the benefits on the last few trips I have taken. I do like that I don't have to pass up the structure or fish before seeing it like I do with the SI unit I have on the console. My biggest issue so far is that I feel like I need to wrap it in Styrofoam every time it is out of the water so it doesn't get damaged. I have heard a number of people say the oil has leaked on them so I am always nervous it is going to hit something and get damaged.

Mine didn't hit anything as I only used it in open water. It just started leaking after about 3 times use. It was only about a month old when it started to leak. I only sent it back when the Helix 10 DI I bought at the same time died. Didn't have much luck with those purchases. LOL

I too have a 360 that I have experienced problems with. Started out it disappeared from the menu. Found a blown fuse on the power. Replaced the fuse. Now I have power but, it is still not recognized on the start up screen. Talked to a Humminbird rep and he told me of a place in Houston that repairs them. However after talking to them, they do not work on the 360. Where have you sent your 360 to be repaired?

Mine went back to Humminbird. It was still in warranty.
