A few years ago, I lobbied the BRA to put a metal stairway up where the culvert comes in. They considered it, and one official thought it was a splendid idea. Nevertheless, nice things cost money and it eventually got voted down. Still think it would be nice, especially for fishers of a certain vintage.

That would be real nice. A guy could slip and get a real nasty fall going down that. Lots of Kayaks launch there when the water is releasing.
