Can anyone tell me what's going on here?

Worked fine last time I took it out. Probably 3 months ago.

I couldn't mark anything. Guys fishing around me said there was bait fish all around but I didn't mark anything but all these lines. The screen looked like this whether I was running the big motor, the trolling motor or just drifting.

Did you notice what the 2d and SI looked like? Was it ever clear on this last trip or was it like this only around other boats?

Reset it to factory settings. If it is still not working, your transducer may have gone bad. I had a guy the other day I tried to help, and the cord entering the transducer had leaked and his Imaging was the first thing to burn out.

It was like this on the SI, DI and 2D. I reset to factory settings on the water and it didn't help any. It was never clear on this trip. Didn't matter if I was around other boats or not.

I'm hoping it was just some dirty pins on the cable or something. I didn't think about it until I got home. I cleaned the plugs and cable ends. Hopefully when I get to go back out it will be gone.

If you can't find someone that has a si unit you can plug in to probably best to call Humminbird C/S and hopefully they will send ya a new transducer if it's still under warranty

I'm hoping that it was just a problem with a dirty or bad connection on the back of the unit. I usually don't get that lucky though !!!

Going to take it out Thursday when I'm off and try it again.
