Would I get full CHIRP capability or is that a combination of the transducer and the unit?

If you are wanting chirp 2d/si/di that would require a G2 mega imaging unit. The chirp comes from the head unit.

Thanks. I can live without it. Just picked up my second Helix 12 Chirp SI, so I'm locked in for a while.
