Guess maybe I'll ease over there this morning with my boat and see if there are any thumps in there. Wondering if anyone else has tried Arlington this year?
From Genesis: "And God promised men that good and obedient wives would be found in all corners of the earth."
Then He made the earth round...and He laughed and laughed and laughed!

Skunked except for one 7 inch sandie caught on one of the new bamboo piles the city put out. Sandie bit a minnow half as big as it was. Drifting mid lake and saw tons of fish but no bites. Had umbrella rigs with all sort of colors and shapes and live minnows and they just didn't like none of it. Talk to a couple of folks and they didn't even get a bite all day. Looky at all these feesh under my boat while drifting mid lake. These covered at least two acres halfway across lake from City boat ramp.

My father fished that lake with a former co-worker of his about 15years ago. They caught some good crappie on jigs that the guy used to tie himself. I've always said i was gonna fish that lake one day......
