Sunfish is my home section but I'm picking up a new Bass Buggy 18 Tuesday in New Braunfels. Maybe I can have it rigged and broke in for the tail end of the striper bite.

We think so. not big and fancy but alot more room than my 8ft Sundolphin.

A lot easier to spend the day on your pontoon than your Sundolphin. Fish a while, eat a sandwich, take a nap, fish some more. The only way to go. Wish I had mine back.

will do,,, Is Dunlap so bad during the week when kids are in school? I hear stay away on weekends and summer. Don't like all the wake boats, jet fleas and all the young guys on daddy's boat.

will do,,, Is Dunlap so bad during the week when kids are in school? I hear stay away on weekends and summer. Don't like all the wake boats, jet fleas and all the young guys on daddy's boat. Dunlap, Placid,and Mcqueeney are a CIRCUS during the summer months. Right now is the time to be fishing them.

If you do want to fish these lakes during the summer months the best times are week days from sun up till around 10am.
