Fishing has been solid lately. My best fish have come in 5-8 ft of water in flooded bushes. Every year they seem to follow the same behavior. They move off the main lake and funnel back into the major creek arms. The flooded bushes, are generally only going to produce big fish in the spring time. Later times of the year, the bass will either position on rocks, docks, or solid tree limbs. I have been mainly flipping beaver style baits in green pumpkin and brown or fishing a jig. Those are pretty much my go to choices.
