When the release rate is as low as it is now they would be holding in the deeper downstream holes.

I fished there a couple times and it was crowded with people. Because of the crowd I did not catch anything.

I fished there today. Good flow rate (485 cu ft/sec). I covered quite a bit of the river with wooly buggers and clousers and did not even get a hit. Lots of interesting birds and a beautiful day on the river. Not many fishing today. No one I talked with had any luck.

Oh, by the way: The water temperature checked 53 degrees. Does this have any bearing on the sandies or white bass moving up into this area???
