Hey guys,

So we bought a company and had a baby so I sold my boat. crazy

For my 30th, my wife said she wanted to hire me a guide to go striper fishing. I'll be taking my brothers and my dad (total party of 4). I'm open to texoma or towakani. I sent an email to striper express and will check with a couple of other guides I have fished with in the past but am open to recommendations. I've never fished towakani with a guide before.

Just trying to put feelers out there to see if anyone has a spot open! Thanks

Micheal Littlejohn is a real good guide for Towakoni. Himself or any of his staff are great guides. Been on several trips with them and loaded the boat every time. 903-441 3937

Brian please let me know what you think of the rods they have on their boats. I spent a lot of time working with Micheal perfecting rods for them that they use for stripers. I thought Micheal was crazy when he picked the blank we used for their rods but he was right they are a blast to fish with. I think you will enjoy your trip.

That's quite a box! Yes, we did pick Towakani because it's a bit closer and some logistics issues with one of my brothers played into the decision. I will absolutely hit you guys up for our next trip. Thanks again for being so prompt.

CUSTOM ROD MAKER:

I will be happy to review the rods for you and give you some feedback. Exciting stuff!

Just an update on our trip:

We went out with Tawakoni Guide Service on Saturday with a group of 5. We caught about 120 sandbass and hybrids with Daniel (our guide). It was an EXCELLENT trip! I highly recommend these guys. They will put you on the fish and are super accommodating!

We are trying to plan a trip in April with them as well.
