Trying to decide which one to try tomorrow. Has anyone heard about the bite at either one? I haven't been to NM marina since it reopened.

Haven't tried Bardwell in a few weeks. It's still pretty slow at Navarro Mills Marina. (And Crappie Point too) Tried about 30 colors today, and caught only couple keepers on pearl white / silver glitter tube with pink jig head. 4-7 ft deep. There is new brush and Elmo has rearranged the boat dock positions so that now you can pretty much fish the entire cove from bank to bank. When the bite picksup, the areas to fish for shallow water bites should be awesome. If I fish next weekend, it would be my choice again.

Thanks for the information. I didn't know Elmo still owned nm, I heard there was a new owner.

Elmo is still around but the Marina is run by someone else.

Ended up with 3 that were 11"-12". Hooked a few more but was unsuccessful landing them. Seems like there is not as much brush/cover as there used to be, needs to be more. There were a few being caught by others as well.
