Hit Fork up today and shot alil fishing footage under the bridges.. the lake looked good! Calm water, no wind and lots of boats lol.. I managed to catch 2 decent unders around the 1st bridge and the 2nd bridge was a bust!! Be safe and keep them lines wet!

Fished Fork Thursday with a buddy and caught 15 with a 5lber being best, fished Friday same areas and a few new using mostly the same baits and got skunked! Fork is one Finicky freaking lake! I thought today would be incredible with the weather. Was mad all day because Friday's weather sucked!

We got into a wad of small ones in Wolf area, pretty deep. Did manage 3 in 4.5 and another over 3 flipping channels in glade. Had over 20 on day. Usually I'm one getting skunked, ha

Yes I can be stingy at times! But nothing beats time on the water chasing Lil and big green monsters

Fished the 18th as well. What tough fishing, Only caught 1 from 6-1pm and that was at the boat ramp we launched at when I was testing out poles before we left.
We fished mainly the north part of the lake and didn't catch anything, we moved back to a creek off the main point and watched a guy catch 5 fish in this one spot for about 30 minutes. we trolled past him and he told us to go ahead and try next to him...
Turns out there was a small patch of grass right there and was holding about 15-20 bass... we ended up catching a few each after he caught about 10 all in a 50 foot section of the creek.
Point of the story is that bass were in the grass so if you can find some grass you do good
Weightless senkos and swimbaits seem to work the best.
