I put them in one of my favorite spots and headed to a different spot. I fished for about 20 minutes in that spot and only caught one so I went to a heavier fly. I caught 2 in the next 5 minutes so I figured they were in there. I went back and checked on those guys and they hadn't caught a thing. So I brought them to the next spot and tried to help them out a bit more. I hooked another one in the spot I told them to fish and moved on again.

I went on a bit farther and located some more fish. After I found them it was going good. I caught 5 in the next 8 casts. I put 3 on a stringer and went back to see how the guys were doing. They still hadn't caught a thing so I put them in the next spot and gave them my fish. They still couldn't catch any so I jumped back down and tried again but I couldn't get a bite either.

I left it to them. I ended up with just those 8 white bass. No crappie or bluegill this morning either. I was very surprised with the temperature in the 70s. Hardly anyone was catching. Just one here and there.

So that's the ticket. If you tell J-Moe you are a graduate of A+M he will show kindness and reveal the good spots. Otherwise you get misdirected. hmmm

The young Aggie told me he had a bad reputation. Every time he went fishing with other people they never caught fish. I was thinking about you when he said that. I put that 100 foot buffer between us and I could catch fish. Just like I told you, you can come fishing with me again as long as you don't come within 100 feet of me. So don't try to deflect the truth and make me look bad when you know it is you that is just cursed with bad fishing luck mad roflmao

Almost an inch of rain fell in the upper end of the water shed area. Not a lot of run off.

Another great video sir thumb
Trying to recruit the Mother in Law to watch my 7 month old next week Thursday so I can hit the creeks. Never been to Cedar so I want to check it off the list, but will definitely hit Nails with a slip bobber for crappie. Can't wait till my baby is old enough to go make some memories out there...might be my favorite place besides my ranch!

Ghostery will stop the ads from most sites which carry the hackers carp.
