I'm going Corpus this weekend with my kids to see family. We'd love to get some fishing in.

Can anyone recommend good spots that we can fish from shore? Any structure, moving water or places where sheepshead have been known to congregate?

We appreciate any local insight.

In Corpus if you don't want to wade you have Indian Point Pier, Bob Hall, Packery Jetties, Port A Jetties, the beach, and several other bait stand piers. If you want to wade there are several options. I haven't been fishing down there lately but the jetties might be good for sheepshead right now. The jetties can be a little dangerous for young kids. Get some shrimp and go in the afternoon till well past dark to any of the piers and you should get something.
