I highly recommend folks to stay away from TNA Marine in Forney. Recently took my boat in for a new impeller / water pump, spark plugs, and lower unit lube change. Paid the invoice in full although I had reservations. The folks at TNA had placed six fouled sparkplugs in the cup holder of my console to make it look they had performed the work. Still didn't feel comfortable, so took my boat to a more reputable shop in the area. Sure enough, they called back and said that the impeller was at least a couple of years old (rubber was hardened), the sparkplugs where the wrong type, gapped wrong, and fouled (the boat had not been ran since being in the TNA shop), and the lower unit fluid had not been changed. Contacted TNA and they assured me that all of the work had been completed as stated on the invoice. After informing them that the other shop would be saving all of the fluid and parts that were removed as proof, TNA agreed to issue a refund on the invoice. Problem is, how many hard working folks have these guys gotten over on? Just to reassure everyone this isn't a fluke. I can also say that I thought they suck as well.

Thanks, David at Shut-up-and-fish, for getting the new Helix on and dealing with the cable routing issues. The install looks great and I'll be trying it out on the water tomorrow. Some times running cables thru the boat can be a booger for the wooger....I finally tamed the ole girl and got the job done. Yes it turned out very nice. Enjoy the new toy! Just wanted everyone to know that I purchased one of Jeff Bobo's Thumpers last year and have had great success using it. I took it out this past Holiday to get it ready for the deadstick bite and I couldn't get it working. I called up Jeff after trying to troubleshoot it and he just said to send it back to him and he would get it back running for me. Turns out it had a bad remote which he took care of fixing. One week later I have my Thumper and it is working great and catching fish! Thanks for great customer service! If you are looking for a good Thumper--This one is for real!

David at Shut-Up-and-Fish installed my I-pilot and Helix for me yesterday and I couldn't be more pleased with the way it turned out. Dropped the boat off at 730 am, picked it back up at 3pm. Thank you David and keep up the good work!
