I had Marvin and Marissa out today for a combo white bass and crappie trip. This was a Valentines gift to each other. The bite started out a little slow but got better as the day went on. They finished up with 18 nice sandies and 5 good keeper crappie. They had to throw back at least 20 small white bass and even more small crappie today. The bigger fish were a little hard to find. They really loved fishing and had a great time on the water today. Most white bass caught on rooster tails and crappie on 1/16 jigs with Bobby Garland baby shads.
