I had Tommy, Chris and Brandon out today on Lewisville looking for some eater blues. The fishing was really tough today and many boats were seeing the fish but not getting bit. We ground it out today and I cleaned 20 fish and they ended up with 2 gallon bags of fillets. We had a few fish break off and did land a nice slot fish in the low 30 lbs range. Scale was bouncing all over in the waves and couldn't get an exact read on him. Also had a nice hybrid as a bonus. They had a great time and other than the wind it was a gorgeous day.

Guntersville was tough Saturday. We drifted through many a bait ball, but could never get bit. I miss fishing Lewisville. Never got skunked on it. Here in Alabama, getting skunked has become the norm for me.

Those pics make me home sick for ol Lewisville! Haven't fished it for a month. Rigging up my Catfish boat this week and will be back after them Saturday. Will be fishing blind with no electtonics until my helix 12 ships. Can I follow you around? Lol
