What steps do I have to take to get our club scales certified? What requirements does the scale have to have?

You can take the scales to any scale repair company and get your scales certified for 2 years. I did our clubs scales at http://rustysweigh1.com/

I need my scale certified in San Antonio area. A-1 said $75 if i drop it off. What is the normal price? That seems high to me.
