For article look at Abilene Reporter News (Sports Section) page 10B on February 5, 2017:

TPWD and local bass club work to rebuild Stamford Reservoir habitat

Highlight of article: 150 donated Christmas trees have been sunk in 15 locations on January 28, 2017. GPS marked locations for the fish attractors will be provided within 2 weeks. They can be found on TPWD website.

A good rule of angling philosophy is not to interfere with another fisherman's ways of being happy, unless you want to be hated.
