First off, thank you to the 485 anglers who came out to fish Lake Travis last week. Drawing 247 boats is a new record for Travis, and we were happy to kick off the Central Region with such a great turnout.

We are excited to kick off the North Region next week with our first event on Lake Whitney. For event details please click this link:

http://ttz1.com/event/ttz-trail-north-lake-whitney-2017/?instance_id=80

There are links on that page for early online registration. If you would like to register in person, we will have onsite registration as well, at the following times:

Friday, Feb. 10th 5:00pm to 8:00pm at Loafers Bend Park
Saturday, Feb. 11th Registration opens at 5:00am at Loafers Bend Park

If you are looking for lodging in the area, we have a discounted rate with Uncle Gus Cabins and Marina. You will also get to access the Uncle Gus boat ramp free of charge if you are staying in their Cabins. They have agreed to waive the two-night minimum as well as the $20 cleaning fee. The TTZ crew will be staying over at Uncle Gus, grab a cabin and come hang out with us after the Friday night registration. We'd love to get to know some of you north Texas anglers!

TTZ, Please move the ramp location for the Ceder Creek North Div., to Log Cabin! Tom Lee in Gun Barrel city is the worst. Not enough parking, crappy one lane ramp, hardly enough room to turn rig around in one way in, one way out city park. Not enough good beach for weigh in. Log Cabin is where
ALL tournaments of any size go out of, with ample room for all that's needed, and another public ramp, within a mile by water. Talk to other anglers familiar with the area. PLEASE CHANGE!!!
