What a great day to be on Whitney. The weather was so nice, the wind was not bad and actually the lake went glass for about 20min. Unfortunately the fish were elusive for us. Pretty much did the same thing we did last week but this week the fish were a lot more scattered, we only found one good school in Cedron. There were a few birds in Cedron but not working.
Started at end of State Park, found good amount of fish but most were small. Moved over to Harbor Master, caught a few good sized sb. Moved to the bluffs, found a few fish, catch 4 or 5 move catch 4 or 5. Moved down to Cedron catch 4 or 5, move catch 4 or 5. Finally found a good school in 36 fow but they were suspended at 20-30 fow. Harder to catch but they did bite, were good size and they kept coming through. Ended the day back at the bluffs. 88 on the clicker, 1 small striper, 1 lmb, 5 drum, rest were sb, all released.
