Friend saw a couple business cards at Gander Mt. and wanted me to ask if anyone knows or has used either of these rod/reel repair guys?

I have exchanged emails with Jeff and if I need a reel repaired I would use him. I'm asking about these guys for a friend who ran across their cards at GM. I've mentioned Jeff to him and will again. Thanks for the recommendation.
