Lake Fork Anglers every other week Thursday daytime tournament for Jan 26th was bone chilling cold. Fifteen minutes in and the fingers were numb. But as usual some caught them and a bunch didn't. And the barometer was going through the roof to boot.

33 anglers fished. Only the five biggest counts

Boaters:

First Place Angler went to Brian Dick again with a 4 fish bag of 11.23 lb anchored by a 3.7 linker.
Second place went to Mark Talley with a 6 fish limit coming in at 8.46 with a 2.19 lunker.
Third place went to Steve Chick with a 6 fish bag of 8.22 lb with a 3.02 lunker.
Fourth place went to Don Overstreet with a 8 fish bag at 7.97 with a 1.63 lunker
The lunker was caught by Bob Roberts and it weighed in at 6.40.

Co-Anglers

First place went to Robert Gaylor with a 7 fish limit of 7.8 lb with the 2.02 lunker.
Second place went to John Markos with a 5 fish limit for 4.7 with a 1.72 lunker.
Thirs place went to John Berech with a 2.72lb on 3 fish with a 1.72 lunker.

Dues is $5 a year. Tournaments are $12 with an optional $5 lunker pot and an optional $10 big bag pot.
In 2016 the LFA fished 25 times, You have to fish at least 8 to maintain membership. And you have to fish 8 times to be eligible to fish our other two formats: Major league Fishing (known as Hard Core) and the team format known as Faze 4.
