I've said this many times here so why not say it again.

Never, ever, ever base your decision to start a trail off of the input from the TFF.

Ever.

The old TTT were $350 for boater and $100 for co angler I believe and co angler fished for a 518 or 519 and cash at each tournament can't remember boater payout but it was 519 and good money too

This is the truth. Platinum killed itself. Turnout will depend on one thing, MONEY. Guys will pay 500 for a chance a 15k+ guarantee with a good amount of spots paying. Basically, if anybody wants a Champs Turnout, they better model after Champs. Decent entry, great payout, well run. The problem is there isn't any good weekend around here. EVERY weekend has a big tournament and we really don't need more.

We are paying double for boats. Pay double for entry hahahah. But that's an impressive payout for a coangler!!

Only problem I see is the little desire for a individual event.

I know rite it was alittle before my time but had few buddy's that fished and they said it was good times. People told me they were fishing co angler side and just buying ranger hulls no motor or anything just so they were ranger owners and got the extra $. I'm with you people up my way just don't want no part of draw trails don't understand myself

The old FLW TTT was only a two day event for 20 percent of the field. It was a great trail for Ranger Cup and Ranger Contingency. They also had an awesome no entry fee championship. They went as far west as Amistad and Travis. That trail sold a ton of Ranger boats. Really enjoyed fishing those back in the early/mid 2000's.

The last year of TTT, I remember it being 2day the full field. However, I was young and that was a while ago...
