Has anyone tried to put the new Bass Mafia weight coffins in the Double Deep 3700?

Just curious if they would fit in there flush to the top or do they sink to the bottom of the double deep, where you would need to double stack them.

Thinking about pulling the trigger on a new terminal system. Thanks.

I have not tried it but I don't think it would be too big of an issue. I'm a huge fan of Bass Mafia, but the new terminal coffin isn't that great. I have it and it's kinda tedious to use. You can't get the weights out very easily nor the hooks. If you carry a lot of terminal tackle that box isn't for you. But if you don't carry a lot then you should be fine. It's just not my favorite, but it's all personal preference.

I almost did the same thing for my terminal tackle, but after physically handling one and sticking my fingers down the little sections, I went with 2 of the coffin 3700 boxes. I put weights in one and hooks in the other.

As mentioned above, I did see where there would be issues getting weights and hooks out of it unless I used plyers. I think the double deep would be best used for jigs or crankbaits. These coffins are a great product.

I use the baggie system so reaching deep in there isn't really a problem. I already had a DD 3700 Coffin, just wondering if the new foam weight system will work well with the Double Deep.

Connor, our system is designed to work with the regular 3700 coffin, I honestly haven't tried to stack them, but I will try for you and report back!

Tip for anyone using our terminal coffin with the foam, just push the weights in just enough that the cover clears, think you will be happy and more importantly, no more chipped tungsten

Spoke to a friend last night with progeared.com. He said you can stack them in the deep box. I also believe he had them in stock.
