fished Sam Rayburn 3 hours this morning water temps 57-59 SSE winds 11-15 fished secondary points Texas rig and Carolina rigged lizards and crawl worms 4-13 foot. caught 8 with 7 keepers largest 4.5 and 3.75 top 5 14.5 pounds. water clarity stained. the points fished have lots of bass stacked the same points producing lots of dinks now producing better fish.

I guess I should have fished Rayburn instead of Toledo for 3 hours. Fished a jig and also a lizard off points in 7'- 15' depths with no luck. But I've fished 6 hours without a bite before and then caught a limit in an hour before heading in.....you just never know. Keeps you going back I guess.
