With the white bass run right around the corner we thought we would share one of our most epic days.

We talk about what lures worked for us at the end of the video.

Looks like a blast, good vid.

A man should be able to saddle his own horse and kill his own snakes.

A looooong time ago (1980) my wife and I caught over a 100 black bass all small in 3-4 hrs all right in the back of that little cove at Grapevine that you guys launched in - clear tiny torpedoe with fle-fly jig 1 ft trailer.

I got into some of that action in the fall this year in my kayak. Caught a ton of small sandies with enough keepers to make a nice stringer for Lake Crisco. With the aerators on, the shad were just thick as thieves in that area and there was no shortage of predator fish looking for easy pickings.

I've since upgraded to a PA14 myself.

Fishin' to stock Lake Crisco.

Wow! I've run into something similar on Lake Tawakoni with largemouth but not numbers like that! That's awesome to hear!

The PA14 is an awesome kayak, definitely will spoil you. It was nuts how thick the shad were on those aerators, we even managed a couple largemouth and my buddy caught a fat catfish in the same area as the sandies.
