I run one on Lake Alan Henry when it warms up. Biggest participation in late May, June and July. $29 entry fee (individual T) with an optional $5 big bass. You will need to determine if you want a team T or individual. If you have a team T and an Individual fishes it, how much will you charge the individual? I have seen $40 per team and $35 for an individual, so something to think about. I pay 70% to first and 30% to 2nd, unless there are 30 fishermen, then it is 65, 25 and 10. Big bass takes the whole pot. Since the lake is so far from nearly everywhere, we fish from 6:30 to 10:30 on Friday nights. Since it is so far, we only fish every 2 weeks, 1rst and 3rd Friday of the month. I make sure they are NOT LATE by having them be on the weigh dock by 10:30, not getting their fish from the boat, but IN LINE. Hope this helps. Tight lines, keep safe and good luck. PM me if you have any questions.

Man it would be nice I miss Thursday biters. I think the guy that does the one on Hubbard tried it but not a lot of people were showing cause the lake was so high and they had gates open almost full blast and anyone who fishes Lavon much knows how it fishes with gates open during spawn

Ok I'm looking for a trial run starting in February. 20$ a boat winner gets 70% 2nd 20% 3rd 10%.
Pretty simple and will have fun. Will submit more details later.
